Added support for changing the USB serial number when programming the Infinity USB Smart with the InfSmartreader module.

[Bugfixes]
Fixed bug where the Infinity USB Smart software would be started twice on Windows startup, if the setting "Start with Windows" was enabled.
Fixed error messages when uninstalling the Infinity USB Smart software.
