Remember to select Azurewave Twinhan in ProgDVB DEVICE Settings.

DVBDream BDA driver are beta and probably not support skystar HD Usals.
Please.. try with ProgDVB 6 or DVBViewer PRO.
THe simple test.. is TRANSEDIT. Last version have POSITIONER menù and allow to move motor
